NFT Properties which are customisable.

You can buy an NFT home which you can customise with different furniture, wallpapers and more. When you own a Home, you can access PVE / Boss Battles.

## Property Tiers

**Tier 5 Property - Mansions / Villas (Top 5%)**

The most **expensive** properties are in Tier 5, you are in the top 5%.

These types of properties typically have **8 car garages**, **swimming pools**, a **private race track** and an **amazing hillside view**.

**Tier 4 Property - Luxury Residential Properties (Top 15%)**&#x20;

Very expensive properties fall into this category usually with **massive gardens**, **6 car garages** and **amazing hillside views**.

**Tier 3 Property - Large Family Home**

A pretty expensive large property on the safest side of town, **2 car garage** and a **large garden**, and a lot of room for moving.

A nice little place on the quiet side of town with a **1 car garage** and a **small cozy garden**, it isn't much but it can make anyone fairly happy.
